01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website globalrussianthaispa.com and your use of services provided by Global Russian Thai Spa ("we," "our," "us," "the Spa"), located at Walk Inn, Calangute–Baga Road, Baga, Calangute, Goa 403516, India.

By visiting our website, contacting us to make a booking, or using any of our massage and wellness services, you ("the guest," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at globalrussianthaispa.com/terms-and-conditions.

02 Our Services

Global Russian Thai Spa provides professional therapeutic massage and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Russian Massage
• Four Hand Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Balinese Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Potli Massage
• Hammam Bath Massage

All services are delivered by certified massage therapists in a professional, hygienic environment at our Baga, Goa centre. Services are purely therapeutic in nature. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

03 Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Guests under 18 may only receive services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the centre during the session
• Be in a physical condition suitable for massage therapy (see Section 06 — Health & Medical)
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances at the time of your appointment
• Agree to abide by our guest conduct guidelines (see Section 07)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who does not meet these eligibility criteria, or where we reasonably believe the service may not be appropriate or safe for them.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from our team via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. We recommend messaging on WhatsApp for the fastest confirmation.

Arrival

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake information. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings. The full session fee will apply regardless of late arrival.

Walk-In Policy

Walk-in guests are welcome at all times. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak hours, a short wait may be necessary. We will always inform you of estimated wait times on arrival.

05 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before a confirmed appointment: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a confirmed appointment: may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion
• No-shows (failure to arrive without notice): may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed appointment at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time based on therapist availability.

Cancellation by the Spa

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed appointment (due to unforeseen staffing issues, facility problems, or other circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a time convenient to you. No charges will be applied in such cases.

06 Health & Medical Conditions

Your Responsibility to Disclose

Before or at the time of your appointment, you must inform our team of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect the safety or suitability of massage therapy, including:

• Recent surgery, fractures, or acute injuries
• Skin conditions, open wounds, or infections
• Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
• Pregnancy or recent childbirth
• Neurological conditions or chronic illness
• Allergies to massage oils, aromatherapy products, or herbal preparations
• Blood clotting disorders or use of anticoagulant medication

Our Right to Decline or Modify

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue a session at any time if, in our therapist's professional judgement, proceeding would pose a risk to your health or wellbeing. In such cases, you will not be charged for the unused portion of the session.

Not a Medical Service

Massage therapy provided at our centre is for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It does not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. We do not claim that our services treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional before booking.

07 Guest Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all guests and staff. By using our services, you agree to the following:

Required Conduct

• Treat all therapists and staff with courtesy and respect at all times
• Arrive in a clean and hygienic condition
• Follow all instructions provided by your therapist regarding positioning, breathing, and comfort
• Communicate clearly if you experience discomfort during the session
• Respect the quiet and professional atmosphere of the centre
• Switch mobile devices to silent during sessions

Zero Tolerance Policy

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behaviour toward our staff. The following will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in being barred from future visits:

• Any request for services of a sexual nature
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward any member of staff
• Physical aggression or inappropriate physical contact with staff
• Attendance while visibly under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
• Deliberate damage to our property or facilities
• Recording or photographing staff or other guests without explicit consent

08 Payment

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service, before or immediately after your session as agreed with our team
• We accept cash (Indian Rupees), UPI, and other digital payment methods as communicated at the time of booking
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
• Quoted prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will apply to that session

Pricing Transparency

We are committed to transparent pricing. Our team will always confirm the total cost of your chosen service before your session begins. There are no hidden charges. If you have any doubt about pricing, ask before your session starts.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please speak with our team immediately and we will do our best to address your concern. Refunds or complimentary sessions may be offered at our sole discretion where a genuine service failure is established.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Global Russian Thai Spa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website
• Any adverse physical reaction to massage therapy where the guest has failed to disclose relevant health information
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises
• Any outcome that arises from the guest's failure to follow therapist guidance during a session
• Temporary soreness or discomfort following massage therapy, which is a normal physiological response
• Downtime, errors, or interruptions to our website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Global Russian Thai Spa website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, service descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Global Russian Thai Spa or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission. Sharing content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing a link on social media) is permitted.

The name "Global Russian Thai Spa," our logo, and associated brand elements are our exclusive property. Unauthorised use of our name or brand is strictly prohibited.

If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa, India.
